I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the absolutely marvelous job you did in providing me with your trademark, “A Brighter Smile.” However, that hardly tells the whole story. Let me explain further.

When I first learned of the advancements in cosmetic dentistry that were possible from conversations with you and your colleagues, I became interested particularly when you said, “I could make you look 20 years younger!” That got my attention. I wanted to hear and see more. When your young office associate, Mary, showed me the album of “before” and “after” photographs of your patients and, by inference, what could be possible in my case, I was hooked.

Next were the hard questions. How painful is the process? How long would treatment take? How many visits? What could I expect in terms of recovery time? What limitations could I expect, if any? And so on. To my utter amazement, it was much easier than I'd imagined. You answered all of my questions completely and explained the entire process and schedule to me. It would only be a few visits—four to be exact—and I would have an entirely new Brighter Smile.

Most people don't look forward to going to see a dentist. That was never the case with me—I actually looked forward to my dental appointments with you and your staff. Everyone was always so pleasant and cheerful, the office was bright and comfortable, my visits were always right on schedule, and the final results were extraordinary.

How do you describe the best??? To say I have the best dentist would be way understating the truth. Dr. K and her team gently yet effectively got the job done, without pain and without leaving a bad taste in my mouth for dentist.

I am one who has always disliked dentistry. When I came to Dr. K through a friend I had gone for years of neglecting my teeth. Dr K saw what needed to be done and put a plan together that was painless and effective.

Today I am proud to smile. Many people have asked me who does my dental work. I always tell them about my dentist with a smile and pride for what the team has done to change not only my thinking about dentistry but also to be proud of my smile.
